Final Assignment: Finally (!!)

After an arduous journey in (not Middle, but just) Earth, I finally completed this monogram assignment without the help of any dwarves/elderly wizards.

As per requirement, below is a short paragraph on my thoughts throughout working on the assignment:

"Throughout the whole process of this assignment, there was this sense of utmost importance that the designs, products and posters I chose truly reflected what I represent as a designer. Consequently, the overall visual identity could be summed up as strong graphics with a dash of colour. Serious vs. fun; stern vs. careless. The duality of all things is a favourite theme of mine, considering I could relate to being indecisive/two things at once! Although there are a few mistakes here and there, I’m generally quite happy with the outcome. And as cliché it is, I feel grateful for the stuff I’ve learnt from this."

Thanks for sticking around!

Final Assignment: Monogram

Our final assignment consists of creating a monogram using our initials and using that monogram on 6 products and 2 posters.

On a scale of 1 to bald Britney Spears, guess how stressed out I am?

I've just finalised the design today after working out a few kinks in the design, followed by some considerably intense internal monologue. Here are the photos:

Lo and behold, the final design:

Now comes the part where I place this monogram on multiple products and posters like the shameless self-promoter I am. Stay tuned.
